You opened my product notebook.

This is where ideas show up messy and slowly turn into something real. Signals in, a lot of arguing in the middle, a few things that survive.

The pile. Most of it goes nowhere.

A market headline that won't leave me alone

A podcast I rewound three times

A book that broke an assumption

A tool that annoyed me just enough

"everyone needs another AI app"

"wait… why does it even work this way?"

An AI experiment at 1 AM

interesting ≠ useful

save the thought before it disappears

most of these never make it past this column. that's fine.

2 The messy middle

Where most ideas get argued to death. A few earn their keep.

Cool idea. But would anyone actually use it?

Can this be simpler?
(It can. It always can.)

AI says yes.
Now I need to know if humans agree.

Looked brilliant at midnight. Needed coffee to survive morning.

…then usually right back to the question. (loop ~12 times.)

an experiment that changed direction

tried: a little "watch out for this" box on every flashcard

killed it. the card is the watch-out. one card, one complete thought.

people will read both sides of the flashcard

turns out they won't. so: no scrolling, no second side, no filler.

if I have to explain it three times, the design is wrong

3 What survived

Pinned up because it earned it.

(the AI is fast. the taste is mine.)

Parked for later

Not dead. Just not yet.

parking ≠ giving up. it's waiting for the right reason.
